This project is steak shop in Chachoengsao province. The shop have area requirement of 7m.x7m. and the problem is the lowcost budget because the client have only 150,000 bath (5,000 $). That make the design of stucture and whole shop have to use the lowcost material.
The whole structure of the shop use steel structure and viva board to built wall panel. That make this project look like the prefabrication project that can finish in short time and on a budget.
The design have two schematic by first is two storey but it high budget.That make it decrescent to one storey.
Now, the shop open near carrefour department store in Amphur Muang Chachoengsao.
