The whole project design to be the community mall for support the people around the district by the program of restaurant, shopping center and other facilities.
This project locate on Sukhumvit 20, Bangkok near the Millenium Residence. The architecture and planning design part have done by SH Architects.
PODS have the responsibility to design the building envelop and facade design concept. The perspective below is the one of 5 schematic that PODS design for this project.
The concept of this design is the cutting-edge geometry follow the concept of Millenium Residence and use Perforated to be the main material because of it characteristic that can make the different visual perception from inside and outside.
But, in finally this design have to use high budget that make some of the client not convince to use this one.
