This is proposal design project for Pepper Lunch the japanese teppan restaurant by CRG (Central Restaurant Group) at Center One shopping mall near the Victory Monument in Bangkok .

Design idea is transition of japanese traditional  style to japanese modern style by use the minimalism design (Zen) combine with contemporary design together. The space planing use the eating pavilion to separate eating area and main circulation.
